Born in Florida and raised in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, I spent vacations from the time I was born along these sugar white beaches and witnessed the remarkable growth of the Emerald Coast firsthand.
With a BA in International Relations, I gained valuable experience in market research and performance improvement consulting with multinational corporations while travelling the globe. In 2002, I planned a “temporary” hiatus to spend a few months in Destin with my family and decided to stay permanently.
I believe the key to assisting my clients in making unique and knowledgeable decisions about their real estate transactions (whether for personal use or as an investment) is to educate through every step of the process armed with top notch information, experience, and local market insight.
Real Estate Service with Experience, Expertise, and Energy!
I’ve enjoyed selling real estate along the Emerald Coast since 2002 and hold both a Florida Broker license and a Florida Certified Building Contractor license. I love what I do and where I live. And there’s nothing I love more than helping others find their piece of paradise at the beach!
I believe in Sunday family dinners, giving more than expected, taking advantage of all that life has to offer along this beautiful stretch of coast I’m blessed to call home, and that real estate is about long term relationships, not just transaction to transaction.
To say real estate is in my blood is an understatement… My dad is a general contractor, my mom is an interior designer, and my sister is “the” Jack of All trades. I grew up on job sites – I even had my own hard hat! My parents and sister also live within Sandestin Resort. My niece, Blaine, is attending university pursuing her dream of some kind of field within genetics (not sure where the science “gene” came from in the family, but I’m very proud of her!). You’re likely to see me walking my yellow lab (aka furbaby), Nicole, around the resort. Well, you’ll actually see Nicole walking me! I adopted Nicole through Alaqua Animal Refuge, a no kill shelter, in 2013. She’s a proud graduate of Alaqua’s Unconditional Love Program – a training program that partners inmates with abused and neglected dogs. Nicole was even interviewed by the Walton Sun – ‘A new leash on life’: Alaqua’s Unconditional Love Project gives unwanted pets a new purpose
